General Policy

At Rescue Charitable Trust, we deeply value your contribution. Donations are typically non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to ongoing programs.

Refunds Will Be Considered If

• Donation was made by error or duplicate transaction.
• Incorrect amount was processed due to technical issue.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@rescuechildren.in within 7 days of the transaction. Include the transaction ID, donor name, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
